Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local Shipping (South Jersey)

For customers located in Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Mount Laurel, Maple Shade, Camden, Lindenwold, Berlin, and nearby areas:

• Shipping Rate: $9 per kg

• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

Standard U.S. Shipping

For orders shipped outside our local South Jersey service area:

• Shipping Rate: $12 per kg

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or text message.

Optional Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, customers may add Shipping Protection for $12 at checkout.

Shipping Protection helps safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit and allows us to assist you more quickly if a shipping issue occurs.

While lost packages are rare, carrier investigations and claims can take additional time to resolve. For valuable or time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection.
