Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, eligible products may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry
• Earrings
• Sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
